Custody Tax Operations Senior Analyst

The opportunity You’ll be a part of a very dynamic team focused on the following types of activities: Reconciling, processing, and submitting WHT tax relief at source applications, on the back of our Clients documentation Resolving queries raised by tax authorities, clients or other 3rd parties Providing support to other tax processes if needed Assisting with special reports and projects Participating in new process onboarding if required Leading process changes Your key responsibilities: Preparing documentation in the tax process Validating documentation prepared by team members Supporting the onboarding of new Clients or processes Building safe environment to test new solutions and encourage outside the box thinking Challenging covered process in order to identify and mitigate risks Assisting in development junior team members Supporting other team members in resolving the most difficult cases Implementing process changes Qualifications: 2-5 years relevant experience Fluency in English Computer literacy Experience in leadership and team play attitude Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines Strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills Willingness to develop and learn fast
