Project and Bid Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee public sector projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets. Develop and execute project plans, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights on project management and governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling bids and proposals that highlight organizational capabilities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams across various practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, science, or engineering. 8 years of experience in project and bid management, ideally within the public sector or consulting. In-depth understanding of public sector operations and procurement processes. Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Experience with management tools like Microsoft Office, MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc. Relevant certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe). Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in additional European languages. Experience working with international government agencies or public sector organizations. Background in consulting firms.
