We're Hiring: Collections Manager | Call Center | Tijuana, B.C. (On-site) Universal Contact Centers is seeking a driven leader to manage and inspire a dynamic team of supervisors and agents. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn and develop expertise in analytics, portfolio management, and high-tech collection strategies. No previous collections experience required! If you have a Bachelor's degree , are bilingual (English/Spanish), and possess at least 4 years of leadership experience in a performance-based environment (call center, sales, operations, or similar) working with goals, then we'd love to hear from you!
