First Brands Group is seeking an experienced Sales administrator for our company! the position is remote/bilingual Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely in Mexico. This individual will be responsible for supporting our sales team by managing data entry and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • CRM Management: • Accurately input and update customer data, sales leads, and opportunities into the CRM system. • Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing and maintaining records. • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related issues. • Sales Support: • Generate reports and track key sales metrics. • Prepare and distribute sales documentation, proposals, and presentations. • Support the sales team by managing follow-ups and coordinating communication. • Administrative Tasks: • Manage and organize digital files, documents, and correspondence. • Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and organizing virtual events. • Monitor and respond to internal and external communications as needed. • Process Improvement: • Identify opportunities to improve data management processes. • Suggest and implement solutions to enhance overall efficiency. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in a sales administrative or data entry role. Bilingual. Proficiency in Excel Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with sales processes and terminology. • Basic knowledge of reporting and analytics tools. • Opportunities for growth and professional development.
