Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for our client’s IT infrastructure. If you have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, this role is for you! Responsibilities Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents in a timely and efficient manner. Assist with firewall staging, configuration, and testing (prior experience preferred). Document solutions and create user guides for common issues. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction. Offer exceptional customer service with clear and professional communication. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Required Skills 3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role. Basic knowledge of firewalls (staging, configuration, or troubleshooting is a plus). Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, networking, and hardware issues. English B1 (Basic reading/writing) – ability to communicate technical issues. Soft Skills: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Pay range and compensation package Salary: $100 USD/day (Gross)
