Your Role As a Sales Engineer – Transformer, you will be the face of our product offerings, engaging directly with customers to understand their technical needs and delivering tailored transformer solutions. You’ll play a key role in both the sales process and post-sales support, building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. What You'll Do: Drive Sales: Identify new business opportunities, expand existing customer relationships, and meet/exceed sales targets for transformers. Provide Technical Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge of transformer products and solutions, ensuring customers get the best fit for their needs. Prepare Proposals & Quotes: Develop customized quotations, pricing, and technical proposals for clients. Customer Relations: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring after-sales support and troubleshooting as needed. Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor products, and customer demands to effectively position our offerings. What We're Looking For: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales or engineering, preferably within the transformer, electrical, or power equipment sector. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of transformer specifications, types (distribution, power, etc.), and applications. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as required. Why Join Us?
