Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 5 years of strong hands-on experience in web development. Strong proficiency in web programming languages (PHP, Python & NodeJS are a plus) Experience with modern web frameworks (Laravel is a plus) Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) Experience with performance optimizations (cache, algorithm optimization, benchmarking) Experience developing distributed web applications on the cloud. Good communication skills in English. Bonus points: Experience with email marketing platforms. Experience using LLMs or Al-assisted tools for coding efficiency. Experience integrating Al into software solutions, prompt engineering, and Al-assisted development workflows. Additionally, candidates must have: Experience directly collaborating with stakeholders in planning and execution. Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes of problems in complex systems.
