Sales Executive - Time Critical

For this role it is essential to have experience in time-critical services, specifically in the areas of commercial operations, pricing and strategy, with the aim of driving the development and growth of the department. Ideal Candidate: Degree in International Business, Logistics or related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Time Critical logistics, leading commercial efforts and managing complex sales cycles. Industry exposure and certifications in pharmaceutical, automotive, and aerospace sectors. Proven track record in high-impact sales roles, with strong negotiation skills and operational knowledge of urgent logistics. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, database handling, mailing tools). In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance in Time Critical logistics. Strategic, self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-centric, with a strong sense of urgency. Key Contribution: Lead the acquisition and development of key accounts in the Time Critical segment, with full ownership of the commercial cycle. Identify and execute growth opportunities through a consultative sales approach and tailored service strategies. Represent Racing Cargo in high-level meetings, delivering value-driven proposals and closing strategic deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and suppliers, ensuring agility and service excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize internal processes and align operations with commercial goals. Consistently surpass sales targets while maintaining strict compliance and ethical standards. Monitor market trends and customer behavior to inform pricing, positioning, and service innovation strategies.
