Senior Software Engineer

About the role As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Reshape, you’ll help shape the foundation of our AI-first sales platform, ReshapeX. You’ll design, build, and scale key product features used by automation companies to streamline their quoting, configuration, and sales processes. This includes building LLM-based tools, real-time automation workflows, and robust enterprise systems. You’ll own end-to-end development across the stack, from backend infrastructure to user interfaces, and help integrate third-party AI services while ensuring reliability, performance, and security at scale. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in a fast-moving, high-impact environment and want to build useful AI tools with real industry impact. What you’ll do Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs for AI-powered workflow automation. Integrate third-party AI models (GPT, LlaMA, Claude) and build custom solutions into our AI enterprise flow builder. Collaborate closely with front-end engineers and product teams to deliver user-facing features. Manage deployments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot technical issues. Ship reliable, maintainable code and manage deployments across environments. Requirements 5 years experience building scalable backend systems. Strong proficiency in Node.js and/or React Experience deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production. Passionate about working independently in a small, fast-moving team. Strong ownership and customer-focused mindset, with a focus on building products that customers love to use and solve real problems for them. Nice to have Familiarity with ML frameworks, including LangChain, PyTorch). Previous work with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases. Previous work in early-stage startups.
