Position Overview We are seeking a Principal Service Delivery Manager SAP with over 10 years of experience managing SAP projects and services. This leadership role ensures the effective delivery of contractual obligations, promotes continual service improvement, and strengthens client relationships at a strategic level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership of geographically distributed teams, deep SAP expertise, and strong communication and financial management skills. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead large, geographically diverse service delivery teams across multiple regions and SAP modules. Service Oversight: Prioritize tasks, assign work items, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted partner to client executives (Director, Sr Director, CIO level), maintaining strong relationships and authoring Statements of Work (SOWs). SLAs & KPIs: Develop, track, and report all contractual SLAs and KPIs. Identify opportunities for improvement and observability. Go to Green (GtG) Plans: Design and execute action plans to resolve service issues and bring performance back in line with expectations. Continuous Improvement: Enhance team capabilities, documentation, and service metrics to ensure ongoing improvement. Personnel Assessment: Evaluate team members, identify training needs, and provide performance recognition. Qualifications 10 years of experience in SAP project and service delivery management. Strong experience managing services across SAP SD, FI, MM. Knowledge of DSD is a plus. Experience leading large, distributed teams. Expertise in service delivery reporting, performance tracking (SLAs/KPIs), and Go to Green planning. Skilled in client engagement and financial optimization. Proficiency in ServiceNow, reporting dashboards, and executive-level presentations. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
