In this role, you’ll be supporting LATAM & Europe region in Supply Chain Operations and focuses on four critical areas: Data Analytics & Reporting, Inventory & Demand Planning, Logistics & Distribution Management, and Process Optimization & Systems Management. Supply Chain Analyst leverages strong analytical skills, supply chain expertise, and systems knowledge to streamline operations; researches, analyzes, and monitors movements of components, raw materials, finished goods, obsolescence, and excess inventory for all domestic and international locations ensuring that inventory is moved in the most cost efficient and compliant way, and tracked and accounted for as it moves through distribution channels. Responsibilities—what you'll do: Data Analytics & Reporting - Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights that enhance decision-making across the supply chain; build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Excel to visualize critical metrics, including inventory levels, transportation costs, fulfillment rates, and overall supply chain performance. Using statistical techniques and historical data, the analyst will identify potential risks and uncover opportunities for improvement. They will also track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order cycle times, freight costs, delivery accuracy, and inventory turnover rates, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Additionally, they will conduct in-depth cost analyses to evaluate various freight and transportation options, pinpoint savings opportunities, and improve the overall cost-to-serve. Conduct detailed analyses of data from various sources, including Operational data from subsidiaries and enterprise resource planning (JDE) systems, to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Recommend technology solutions or automation opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes. Present data-driven proposals to middle and senior leadership and operational teams with clear business justifications. Data Analytics & Reporting on Couriers (Last mile suppliers) operations, proactive reporting delays on deliveries of orders, to define a cause of action before the IBC calls to Customer Service to Complaint. Recommend couriers depending of service and cost per zone in each subsidiary. Data analytics and reporting of customer freight account in each subsidiary. Identify Operations optimization processes. Define/lead cost reduction projects/initiatives to provide a better service to IBC while having an optimal cost to MKI Review projects proposal from subsidiary regarding 3PL, lease warehouse, change of couriers, contracts. Support Lean initiatives in Operations side. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering · 5 years of experience working with supply chain analytics, logitics, distribution and operations. · Mandatory Proficient/Professional English • Must have excellent project management skills to perform a wide variety of activities simultaneously. • Problem solving skills, root cause analysis and corrective action determination. • Must have knowledge of Supply Chain KPIs. • Must have a good understanding of Logistics and Distribution KPIs. • Must be a deep knowledge of Tableau , excel, power BI, database management.
