Your Impact: As part of the planning team, your main activities will include: Reviewing order risks : Check locked orders for potential issues, request additional products to meet demand, and send consolidated updates to the source facility. Managing order adjustments : Create and process add or cut requests (by repacker) to address delivery risks and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly. Updating orders daily : Execute daily add/cut adjustments in the system as needed. Joining team calls : Participate in daily and weekly meetings with repackers to coordinate and resolve issues. Identifying service gaps : Analyze trends to spot recurring issues and help develop plans to improve performance. Supporting team knowledge : Provide training or guidance to others as needed to share knowledge and build team skills. Handling additional tasks : Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned. Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in engineering . Fluency in English (advanced level). Intermediate Excel knowledge (data organization, pivot tables, formulas and functions). 6 months – 1 year of experience in Supply Chain (inventory management, order processing, vendor management or related).
