Responsibilities Manage the full employee life cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and lead efficient recruitment processes. Ensure all employee records are accurate and compliant with local labor laws and internal policies. Design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and promote organizational culture. Advise leadership on HR matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations. Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave tracking in collaboration with finance. Support legal compliance in workplace practices, safety standards, and employee documentation. Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decisions. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role , preferably in fast-paced or service-oriented industries. In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices in [país o región]. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual (Spanish/English)
