Business Analyst

HCL is looking for IT solution analyst with the below skills: SKILLS: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 2 years of experience in business analysis, software development, Tester. • 2 years of experience in the transportation industry using a TMS. • Preferred in Agile Methodology. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members. • Bilingual • Preferred Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. • Proficiency in solution design, system analysis, and quality assurance • Knowledge of test automation tools and techniques. • Ability to generate and document acceptance criteria.
