Work you’ll do/Responsibilities Oracle Cloud FI Consultant, focuses on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, must have completed one or more end-to-end implementations in Oracle Cloud Financials. The Consultant will identify and apply creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles. Primary skills Consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions. Wide range of accounting experiences such as Chart of accounts redesign, proven financial reporting experience and Multi-Org / Mutli-Currency experience. 3 years of experience as Oracle Functional Consultant implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades. Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements. Ability to write functional specification based on user requirements. Secondary Skills Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite. Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions. Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary. Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems. Works collaboratively with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions. Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval. Analysis, design, configure and development solutions for Oracle Financial applications. Gather business requirements through business process workshops. Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing. Lead and direct the following phases of system life cycle. Work with Oracle to resolve service requests. Go-Live preparation and cut-over support.
