QCS / DCS Engineer - (Lucca)

Offerta Main Responsibilities: Support and train team members on DCS, QCS, and PLC maintenance tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation systems, including DCS, QCS, and PLC. Ensure all documentation is up to date according to customer needs. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and provide data from automation systems. Develop and maintain operating procedures for DCS, QCS, and PLC systems. Support system lifecycle management and implement long-term strategies for automation systems. Competenze ed esperienza Requirements: Expert-level skills in DNA programming, DCS, and QCS systems. Strong background in PLC, DCS, QCS, and automation system programming. Formal qualifications in a relevant engineering field. Strong understanding of pulp and paper processes and technical troubleshooting. Fluent in English; Italian will be considered a plus. Proactive, safety-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to support and train others. Ability to work in a complex matrix organization.
