Offerta The candidate will be in charge of the management and delivery of the following tasks: Management of after-sales claims that are assigned to him/her, working to identify the root causes, warranty evaluation and problem resolution in collaboration with the customer or other specialists colleagues or partner companies. Coordination of repair activities related to claims assigned to him/her. Work closely with other after sales and technical office colleagues to resolve problems. Investigate and troubleshoot on system and software configurations and related performance issues. Troubleshoot and remediate hardware and software faults via manufacturer support agreements. Competenze ed esperienza The suitable candidate will have the following requirements: A sheer attitude and interest in customer relationship management. Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, telecommunication engineering or any technical degree. Candidates with technical diploma and relevant technical experience may be considered. Basic experience in managing Linux and Windows operating systems. Good experience with network configurations (i.e. IP, DNS, VLAN etc.). Good knowledge of networking principles. Basic knowledge of PC and server hardware in order to perform basic testing, maintenance and repair. Root analysis methodology and problem solving approach. Good knowledge of the English language because you will constantly interact with customers from all over the world. Willingness to learn always new and modern technologies.
