Position Summary: GA is seeking a Trainee OR Attorney (2-4 PQE) specializing in Commercial and Corporate law – M&A transactions - International contracts. As well as possessing excellent academic credentials and legal knowledge, the ideal candidate is also business-minded, and enthusiastic about tackling new challenges. Excellent oral and written communication skills will be major assets - enabling you to negotiate effectively and to seamlessly manage the flow of information between practice groups, clients, and stakeholders. Regularly working in large, international, and multidisciplinary teams, you should also demonstrate a collaborative approach and an ease interacting with a wide range of legal and business professionals. Proactive and self-motivated, you should be eager to take ownership of your work product and demonstrate the skill, talent, and commitment to deliver outstanding results. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in law obtained in the ordinary time with excellent grade and Master’s thesis in a subject related to commercial law / private international law. 1-3 years experience gained in commercial and corporate law, in judicial and extrajudicial contexts. Solid preparation in commercial law and corporate contracting. Strong interest in providing corporate assistance to Italian and foreign clients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency level in English. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Duties and Accountabilities: Doctrinal and case law research. Due diligence activities and draft of due diligence reports. Draft of legal documents and legal opinions in the field of Corporate and Commercial law, M&A transactions, and International Contracts. All-around legal assistance to companies on different market segments.
