YOUR CHALLENGES The Regional Service Manager , reporting directly to the COO, translates and implements the company's strategy within the designated geographical area, managing both operationally and technically the team under their supervision. The primary objective is to develop and maximize the potential of the assigned region, aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes in terms of performance, customer satisfaction, productivity, and effectiveness in control. This role primarily encompasses managerial responsibilities, emphasizing both implementation and oversight. You'll work in the Italian headquarter in Orzinuovi (Bs - Italy) to manage the Service Area for Spain , France , and UK AB branches in cooperation with the local General Manager for the following main activities: Monitoring the projects within the area to validate and/or update the maintenance plan to be shared with the sales department in structuring the Service offer. Managing Hand Overs with Sales regarding the service level to be delivered, with AB Impianti and Commissioning for new installations. Ensuring full compliance with safety conditions in the installations by interfacing with Health & Safety to receive directives and propose improvements. Supporting the local service area managers in interfacing with central functions (Purchasing, Warehouses, Fleet Management, Tool Management, Inventory Optimization, ICT) to resolve issues. Maintaining relationships with clients in their area through periodic meetings, measuring their satisfaction, identifying any needs, and the best business opportunities. Managing customer claims regarding performance, availability, and general complaints, adhering to required standards. Overseeing the Performance Management cycle for Service Area Managers and technicians of each area. Identifying the need for new resources, managing respective requests, acknowledging and approving temporary or permanent Job Rotations for technicians. Assisting the COO in constructing the Region’s budget. WHY WE WOULD CHOOSE YOU You have an Engineering Degree. You have more than 10 years of experience in Service Maintenance or Service Management in the industrial sector (preferably in the Energy-power generation field). You have experience in people management. You are an Italian mother tongue and fluent in English.
