Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Position Snapshot Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages Italy, Assago Headquarter Permanent contract 8 years’ experience in market research in Nestlé, agencies, or other companies, ideally beverage or FMCG Proven ability in leading research initiatives and delivering actionable insights, contributing to overall business strategies Position Summary Reporting to the CMI Manager International Premium Brands, you will be responsible for fostering an in-depth understanding of the brands, their competitors, categories, consumers, needs, trends, and new opportunities, considering market specificities to consolidate a global view. You will answer essential business questions to gain a competitive advantage and capitalize on new product and communication opportunities. Acting as a business partner, this role is crucial in propelling brands forward through brand health monitoring, innovation projects, and communication strategies. The CMI Lead will shape and influence the mid- to long-term brand strategy, guiding marketing teams in developing brand building and activation initiatives. A Day in the Life of the Italian Premium Brands CMI Lead Serve as a strategic business partner to the Brand, Communications, and Innovation teams, addressing key business questions Drive consumer understanding through insights from multiple sources: Behavioral Neuroscience, social data, HHP, etc. Lead the execution of the brands' research plans, deepening consumer insights, validating I&R concepts, and testing communications Champion brand health monitoring across key Italian international brands and markets Stay informed on market environment & connect data to strategic planning by reviewing various sources such as ad hoc research, competitors, trends, brand health tracking, sales data, panel data, and consumer insights Collaborate with Communications and digital teams on pre- and post-testing Foster collaboration with key stakeholders to maximize synergies, streamline project briefs, methodologies, and standards What Will Make You Successful Experience in creating comprehensive marketing reports, integrating insights from multiple sources and markets Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research and insight validation Strong analytical skills and comfort navigating multi-market and multi-source data sets Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights with tangible recommendations Experience in managing international projects or working within international organizations Ability to advise on business decisions and support marketing teams in identifying growth opportunities Willingness to connect different data points to drive business impact Strong relationship-building skills for cross-stakeholder collaboration Ability to handle uncertainties and ambiguities within a matrix organization Excellent communication skills for coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships Familiarity with change management and agile project management methodologies J-18808-Ljbffr
