We are seeking to expand our internal team: Job Responsibilities: Supervise, organize, and coordinate the administrative, accounting, and financial services of FMTS GROUP. Ensure that the accounting of economic, patrimonial, and financial transactions complies with current regulations. Oversee the preparation of the financial statements. Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual results, identifying causes and factors. Coordinate M&A operations and extraordinary administration activities. Operate for both Italian companies and foreign branches. Manage resources involved in administrative, financial, and management control activities. Qualifications: Degree in economic subjects; a master's degree in administration, finance, and control is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience in M&A operations. Experience in coordinating teams. Having an MBA is considered a plus.
