Operating globally in over 70 countries with more than 10,000 sales points, we are seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Key Countries to oversee our sales efforts in Europe, including Italy, DACH, UK, France, and BENELUX. This strategic role involves managing sales performance, developing regional strategies, and building strong relationships with commercial partners. Industry experience in sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead sales across European markets. Support and manage sales agents/distributors. Develop regional sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Provide tools and training to sales teams. Manage P&L for countries/accounts. Define budgets, forecasts, and financial targets. Business Development Identify growth opportunities and expand business. Build long-term partnerships with key accounts. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for distribution and assortment. Communication & Reporting Act as the main liaison with external partners. Report performance and market insights to leadership. Problem Solving & Process Improvement Address commercial challenges and strengthen relationships. Improve workflows and team efficiency. Candidate Profile Experience: At least 5 years in sales leadership within relevant industries. Experience managing agents/distributors in Europe. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills. Strategic and hands-on commercial skills. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Languages: Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
