We are looking for a: Business Development Specialist to join our team in Milan. Main responsibilities: Manage leads generation process, establish first contact with prospective clients, and organize initial meetings to introduce Evidilya. Perform market analysis, stay updated on market trends, and monitor competitors’ strategies. Participate in all steps of the new client acquisition process: from initial meetings to data collection, proposal development (ppt presentations, agreements, etc.), and finalizing collaborations. Support business development and sales strategies. Manage and update Evidilya CRM, developing reports on the status of client acquisition. Collaborate closely with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEM. Required skills: Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical, and Natural Sciences) At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development in an international context. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or CRO. Ability to work in challenging and demanding environments. Strategic and innovative mindset. Attention to detail and goal-oriented approach.
