We are looking for a passionate and creatively driven Footwear Developer to join an avant-garde luxury fashion house known for its radical aesthetic and strong design identity. This is a unique opportunity to be directly involved in the creation and development of Men’s and Women’s footwear collections—spanning both runway and pre-collections—while closely collaborating with the creative director and the Head of Collections Development & Merchandising. You will work in close contact with their manufacturing partners, primarily located in the Marche region, and will play a central role in transforming design visions into technically executable, high- quality footwear. Key Responsibilities Support the development of footwear collections from concept to prototype Translate creative input into technically accurate documentation for sample development Coordinate directly with the footwear development team and factories Manage development timelines and ensure milestones are met across multiple projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, merchandising, and production Participate in fittings and prototype reviews, contributing creatively and technically Who You Are 3 to 5 years of experience in footwear development within the fashion or luxury sectors Strong creative sensibility with excellent drawing and sketching abilities Solid understanding of construction, pattern-making, and technical development Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Driving license required Flexibility to travel within Italy (especially to the Marche and Reggio Emilia regions) as needed Location flexible within Italy, with availability to be on-site when required J-18808-Ljbffr
