Job Description Randstad Professionals, on behalf of OEMpv S.r.l., a Rovigo-based company and a leader in O&M, is seeking a qualified professional. The company, which has been operating since 2010 in the renewable energy sector across Italy, specializes in Operation & Maintenance, Asset Management, and Revamping & Repowering of large utility-scale photovoltaic plants. It is partially owned by a major UK investment fund. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing and coordinating operations across three divisions: O&M of plants, developing operational strategies in collaboration with the CTO, supervising maintenance planning, leading internal and operational teams, supporting the commercial department, preparing detailed performance reports, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
