Mission & Responsibilities As part of the Global E-Business & CRM Team, your key responsibilities will include: Create and manage Customer Journeys online and offline to maximize conversion rates, traffic in-store, and brand awareness. Coordinate Direct Mailing campaigns across all countries and channels. Develop a CRM culture within the organization through data capturing, management, and communication. Improve database quality by enriching and cleaning data. Collaborate with IT departments on CRM projects, including Clienteling. Define requirements clearly and prioritize tasks based on business needs. Work with the Trade and Retail Excellence teams to organize Store Events/Experiences, aligning with CRM KPIs and tracking activities for performance analysis. Implement monitoring mechanisms for CRM activities, providing insights to support decision-making. Analyze CRM, e-CRM, and digital campaign data to identify new contact channels and business opportunities. Develop annual customer segmentation and targeting strategies, supporting distribution efforts with a track record. Manage VIP programs and treatments, focusing on ROI. Enhance customer profiling and segmentation for targeted marketing. Requirements Economics or BA degree in Communication, Marketing, or International Business. Strong CRM experience, ideally in the luxury sector. Minimum of 4 years of CRM experience in a luxury environment. Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong communication skills, capable of summarizing complex information for executive audiences. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
