To contribute to our growth, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist supporting the Strategic Marketing team in all aspects of market research and business intelligence activities, such as investigating, collecting, and reporting information. He/She reports to the Strategic Marketing Manager . Main duties and responsibilities: Collect and update information: concerning market trends, competition, and new technologies; analyze data from industry reports, public sources, field reports, or purchased data; update databases to generate insights and support recommendations. Execute market research: create and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to recognize market patterns, draw conclusions, and forecast technology trends and their impact on industrial markets. Perform market analysis: evaluate R&D Engineering Services market size and the competitive landscape of the Global Space Economy. Develop competitive intelligence: build a database to understand market solutions and alternatives. Create business intelligence tools: design databases, spreadsheets, or systems for data analysis. Develop and monitor KPIs: track strategic goals, milestones, and accomplishments. Assess marketing effectiveness: analyze reports from Financial BI and CRM to support lead generation and management strategies. The ideal candidate should have: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics or a related field 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within medium/large companies or consultancy firms Ability to work in multifunctional teams Accuracy, proactivity, problem-solving skills, reliability, motivation to learn Autonomy in managing activities within deadlines Fluency in English Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Knowledge of Power BI, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is a plus Locations: Preferred: Teoresi’s Headquarters in Turin, Italy Availability for at least 3 days in the office and 2 days remote work Applications accepted from countries where Teoresi operates or nearby offices (www.teoresigroup.com) ????
