QUALITY BUILD MANAGER

Join to apply for the QUALITY BUILD MANAGER role at EHR Italy . For a major multinational group with a manufacturing site located in Veneto, a global leader in the design and production of material handling machinery with a presence in over 90 countries, we are currently seeking a QUALITY BUILD MANAGER . Reporting directly to the Quality Director and leading a team of 20 people, the selected candidate will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance with established quality standards throughout all stages of the production process, providing guidance and support; Managing, training, and developing the Quality Control team; Creating, implementing, and updating control plans for manufacturing processes in close coordination with the Quality team; Applying statistical techniques to define, monitor, and verify process capability and product characteristics to support decision-making; Analyzing non-conformities and planning corrective actions to ensure effective problem resolution and prevention; Monitoring and updating quality performance indicators regularly, promoting continuous improvement through data analysis and process enhancement suggestions. The ideal candidate has: Excellent knowledge of quality control methodologies (failure analysis, root cause investigation, corrective actions); A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline; Strong skills in using quality metrics (DPU, RFT, Rework Hours) and quality management tools (Six Sigma, FMEA); Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry. The profile is further characterized by: Proficiency in English; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
