Certification Program manager - Auditor

Eurovent Certita Certification , a European leader in third-party certification for HVAC-R products, is seeking a Certification Program Manager / Auditor to join our international team. If you have experience in HVAC or energy systems with a passion for quality and compliance, this role offers the opportunity to influence sustainable product performance globally. Your Mission You will coordinate and manage certification programs, ensuring alignment with procedures, deadlines, budgets, and market expectations. You will also conduct factory audits based on certification reference documents, with approximately 30 audits annually, mainly in Europe. As a Program Manager: Manage certification programs from design through execution and delivery. Draft, update, and ensure compliance with certification reference documents. Organize and lead program committees, staying current with industry standards and regulations. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (client managers, assistants, laboratories). Promote Eurovent’s certification services through client meetings, industry events, and publications. Build and monitor annual budgets and manage subcontractor relationships. As an Auditor: Conduct factory audits based on certification reference documents (about 30 per year, mainly across Europe). Qualifications Technician or Engineer with a background in HVAC , Energy , or Building systems . Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Experience in auditing is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent spoken and written English skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
