Key Accountabilities Develop high-quality motion graphics and animation projects, with a strong focus on design exploration and pushing creative boundaries. Stay up to date with the latest design techniques, trends, and innovations in graphic and motion design. Apply a solid understanding of animation principles, visual timing, and storyboarding, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of dynamic motion graphics. Bring a fearless passion for graphic design, branding, and innovation, always striving for excellence. Explore emerging technologies and their integration into the creative process, including AI-driven solutions. Adapt motion content for various digital formats, including social media, advertising, and web applications. Requirements 4 years' experience in creative, branding, or design agencies. Expert knowledge of After Effects, Premiere and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with Figma and Blender (or other 3D software) is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing advanced motion design skills, graphic design attitude and creative thinking. Experience with storytelling through motion and an understanding of video production workflows. Passion for technology and a curiosity for cutting-edge design trends.
