As an intern, you will immerse yourself in an international environment and develop your skills in a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation. Purpose of the Role Support the HR Department in executing the company's employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities. What you will do: Develop and implement internal communication plans to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement; Support recruitment by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews; Assist in designing training courses and tracking their delivery; Provide support with administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding processes; Contribute to small HR projects aimed at process improvement. What you will need: Currently studying Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; A creative approach; Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media; Good command of the English language.
