Purpose of the Role Support the HR Department in executing the company's employee cycle plan, focusing on communication and employee engagement activities. What you will do: Develop and implement internal communication plans to promote corporate culture and enhance employee engagement; Support recruitment by coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews; Assist in designing training courses and tracking their delivery; Provide support with administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding processes; Contribute to small HR projects aimed at process improvement. What you will need: Currently studying Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; A creative approach; Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media; Good command of the English language.
