Global Application & Processes Manager – IT TechOps

CONTEXT The Global Application & Processes Manager is responsible for effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders to lead project activities, including preparing deliverables, designing processes, and managing business partner iterations. This role involves defining current and future business processes within the Menarini Group, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and driving technological solutions. The ideal candidate should: Be a talented IT/Business professional who enjoys complex, high-stakes challenges Be determined to succeed by ensuring timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutions The role will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Manufacturing and Engineering solutions, focusing on Production Execution, Logistics, Engineering (maintenance, calibration, equipment commissioning and qualification), Pharma Serialization, and EHS. Responsibilities include system configuration, maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting. The candidate will oversee technical design, build & test, define technical standards, and collaborate with Solution Architects & Infrastructure Leads for system configuration and landscape setup.
