This is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a guaranteed minimum day rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects will offer higher rates. Key responsibilities include: Sourcing your own clients and referring them through our network. Our office team manages client contracts and billing. Acting as a consultant for client projects. Building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing instructions. Creating an independent client referral pipeline. Promoting our consulting services within your network to encourage cross-referrals. Sharing in our daily billing income, with a minimum of €355 per referral work, higher for larger projects. Qualifications needed: Consulting experience in one of our practice areas. Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations. Problem-solving skills.
