Collaboration with Headquarters: Coordinate with headquarters to ensure CRM strategies and initiatives are aligned globally and adapted to local market specifics. Local Strategy Development: Provide strategic support to local clients for implementing targeted CRM initiatives, considering the dynamics of the local automotive market. Operational Client Interface: Act as the primary contact for the local client, managing communications and relationships proactively and effectively. Industry Experience: Possess experience in the automotive or lead management industry, with in-depth knowledge of market trends and best practices. Requirements At least 4-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the automotive sector. Deep understanding of CRM marketing principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis and insights to evaluate CRM campaign effectiveness. Ability to work effectively in a multinational, multicultural environment with global teams.
