JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

ABOUT US: Mavel Edt is a company specialized in the design and manufacture of electric motors and inverters for mobility. PURPOSE : Mavel Edt has started a process of reorganization and international expansion that provides for the development of the Group. We are looking for a project manager endowed with good autonomy, flexibility and proactivity, interested in actively contributing to the product development for the automotive field. Specifically, the candidate will be included in the Mavel Program and Project Management Team and will participate in the ongoing development of products, supporting the R&D, Test & Validation and Industrialization Teams for automotive programs. REQUIREMENTS : Degree in Engineering or similar; Expertise in project management; Experience in the automotive industry is appreciated; Knowledge of MS software (or similar) for project management and reporting software; Organizational and problem solving skills; Ability to work in international teams and with customer managers; Professional knowledge of the English language; Willingness to travel; ACTIVITIES and RESPONSIBILITIES : Support PMO to implement and manage projects, contributing to the development of a detailed project plan (human resources, economic capital and estimated time); Coordinate internal and external personnel for the execution of projects; Manage communications to the team, to stakeholders and to third parties (customers, suppliers); Constantly monitor the progress of the works to ensure that the plan is respected; Measure project performance using appropriate systems, indicators, tools and techniques; Support PMO providing analyses of project risks; Implement and manage the changes necessary to achieve the project results; Achieve objectives and deliver deliverables on time and within budget; Create and archive complete project documentation.
