SAP Consultant - HR/HCM Modules

Job Description
Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Quickly understand business needs and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better solutions. - Analyze and document as-is process and process interfaces. - Support day-to-day operations, user training, and future enhancements. - Discover process gaps and derive improvement potentials. - Develop and maintain the best process management approach for Business and IT. - Perform job duties with minimal direction and supervision. - Work as a liaison and subject matter expert between technical teams and business owners for quarterly system updates, root cause analysis, and solution recommendations. - Analyze and evaluate business processes and recommend improvements that are aligned with the best practices for the Human Resources functional modules in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors. - Manage system testing to ensure procedures are thoroughly tested before release. - Act as a liaison with the Business and Corporate IT department to ensure optimal performance of the solution. - Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for Business team providing expert level support for assigned business units. - Develop process diagrams, use cases, and test plans. - Assisting in the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules. - Supporting users by troubleshooting any issues or errors that occur within the SAP SuccessFactors system and meeting SLA's. - Working with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Providing training and support to users on how to use the system effectively. - Maintaining system security and ensuring data integrity in SAP SuccessFactors. - Participating in upgrade planning and execution for SAP SuccessFactors. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules EC, RCM and ONB. - Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Payroll, Compensation, Time Tracking. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Minimum 2 years of configuration/functional experience with SAP HCM Recruitment modules and/or Success Factors-Recruiting/Talent Acquisition. - Good understanding of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding functionality. - Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Associate or similar role. - Experience with system configuration and testing. - SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
