Salesforce Developer - Apex Programming

Position : Salesforce Developers. Company: People Tech Group (MNC). Experience : 5 Years. Location : Hyderabad (Hitech-city). Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, workflows, REST APIs, SOQL, and SOSL. - Develop and maintain custom objects, page layouts, validations, formulas, and workflow rules. - Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and functionality. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making. - Implement and configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ modules to meet client requirements. - Customize and extend standard Salesforce functionality to address specific business needs. - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs and other integration methods. - Participate in end-to-end project implementation, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. - Adhere to development best practices and coding standards. - Integrate UI/UX designs into Salesforce applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ensure seamless integration and optimal user experience. - Perform data migration using Data Loader and other relevant tools. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration and ongoing data management. - Configure and customize Salesforce environments to meet specific business requirements. - Maintain and update Salesforce configurations as needed. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications. - Provide technical support to end-users. Position Requirements & Experience Criteria : - 5 years of experience in Salesforce development. - Proven track record in end-to-end project implementation. - At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and customization. - Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. - Proficiency in Apex, triggers, workflows, REST APIs, SOQL, and SOSL. - Mandatory requirement for Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI/UX integration. - Familiarity with data migration using Data Loader and other relevant tools. Preferred Skills : - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant). - Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and AppExchange development. - Experience with Agile development methodologies.
