Role name : Technical Lead Role Description : - Lead the technical planning and implementation of the Warehouse Management ERP modernization project. - Define technical requirements, architecture, and design in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Develop detailed technical project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Coordinate internal technical resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project. - Ensure resource availability and allocation for technical tasks. - Track technical project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. - Manage changes to the technical project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Perform risk management to minimize technical project risks. - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. - Create and maintain comprehensive technical project documentation. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best : Essential Skills : - Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in the information technology sector with Blue Yonder - Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and system architecture. - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software. - Experience with ERP systems, specifically Warehouse Management Systems. - Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to ERP systems (e.g., Java, .NET, SQL). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Desirable Skills : - Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions - Blue Yonder or JDA or ManHatten and modern integration technologies. - Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices. - Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure).
