Role Overview : The AWS Cloud Engineer will design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions that are secure, scalable, and highly available on the AWS platform. This role involves working closely with development teams to ensure systems are reliable, efficient, and meet the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities : Design and Implementation : - Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services. - Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. - Automate deployment, scaling, and management of cloud resources. Management and Monitoring : - Monitor system performance, availability, and security. - Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems using AWS CloudWatch and other tools. Security and Compliance : - Ensure the security of the cloud infrastructure and applications. - Implement security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., IAM, security groups, encryption). - Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments LC Adroit Vantage Private Limited. - Work closely with development, operations, and other teams to integrate and optimize cloud solutions. - Provide support and troubleshooting for cloud-based applications and services. - Document cloud architecture, processes, and procedures Qualifications : - AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other relevant AWS certifications. - Experience with serverless architecture and services (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway). - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools Skills Required Education : - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience : - Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Fargate etc.). - Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. - Experience in designing, developing medium to large scale backend application using Java, Node.js. - Experience in developing & managing microservices based applications. - Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements. - Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). Technical Skills : - Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).
