We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to join their team. Job Description: As a SailPoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions using the SailPoint platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and interact with clients to understand their specific requirements, providing expert technical guidance in deploying and customizing the SailPoint Solution Development and Implementation : - Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive identity governance and administration solutions using the SailPoint platform. - Configure and customize SailPoint to meet specific client business requirements. Develop and implement workflows, access policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC) within SailPoint. Requirements Gathering and Analysis : - Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to identity and access management (IAM). - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents. Technical Expertise and Guidance : - Provide expert technical guidance and support in implementing and customizing the SailPoint solution. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SailPoint implementation. System Integration and Testing : - Perform system integration with various applications and platforms using SailPoint. - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and perform thorough testing of SailPoint applications and modules. - Perform debugging and resolve issues identified during testing. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Participation : - Participate in the full SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate effectively with architects, business analysts, quality assurance professionals, and other team members. - Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Provide regular updates and reports on project progress. Continuous Learning and Improvement : - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in identity and access management (IAM) and SailPoint. - Apply best practices in SailPoint development and contribute to process improvements. Requirements : Education : - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications are a plus. Experience : - 3 to 8 years of proven experience as a SailPoint Developer or similar role. - Strong understanding of identity governance and administration (IGA) concepts. Technical Skills : - In-depth knowledge of the SailPoint platform and its features, including configuration, customization, and integration. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Experience with web services (SOAP, REST), XML, and JSON. - Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) standards, protocols, and frameworks, such as OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.
