UI Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Job Description : As a UI Designer, you will be at the forefront of crafting the digital experience for our B2C products. You will leverage your deep understanding of design principles, user-centered methodologies, and proficiency in industry-leading design tools to create impactful and user-friendly interfaces. Your ability to balance aesthetic appeal with functional design, while adhering to brand guidelines and exploring new design trends, will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities : - Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. - Translate user flows and wireframes into high-fidelity visual designs. - Work closely and collaboratively with UX designers to understand user research insights and translate them into effective visual solutions. - Partner with product managers to align design solutions with business objectives and product requirements. - Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure the feasibility and accurate implementation of designs. - Develop wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and interactive high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions. - Actively contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the existing design system, ensuring consistency in UI elements, patterns, and styles across all digital platforms. - Create and document new components and guidelines for the design system as needed. - Apply user research findings, usability testing feedback, and industry best practices to continuously refine design solutions and optimize the user experience. - Advocate for the user throughout the design process. - Design interfaces with a strong understanding of responsive design principles, ensuring that designs adapt seamlessly and provide optimal experiences across various screen sizes and devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). - Maintain and reinforce the 7-Eleven visual identity (if applicable) across all digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and recognition. - Explore and innovate on new design trends while staying true to the brand's core aesthetic. - Effectively present and clearly articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to stakeholders, justifying design decisions based on user needs, business goals, and design principles. Requirements : - Experience : 5 years of proven experience in UI Design specifically for B2C digital products (web and mobile applications). - Design Tools : Expertise and advanced proficiency in industry-standard UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. - Visual Design Fundamentals : Strong understanding of fundamental visual design principles, including responsive design, typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. - Design Systems : Demonstrated experience working with and contributing to design systems and component libraries. - Frontend Knowledge (Nice to Have) : Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and understanding of how front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) impact design implementation is a plus, but not mandatory. - Collaboration Experience : Proven experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, and product managers. - Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design ideas, provide constructive feedback, and effectively present to stakeholders. - E-commerce/Retail Experience (Plus) : Prior experience in designing user interfaces for e-commerce or retail applications is a significant plus. - Fast-Paced Environment : Ability to thrive and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
