Senior Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js

Job Title : Full Stack Senior Developer / Lead Location : Bangalore, India Experience : 3 Years Employment Type : Full-time Notice Period : Immediate Joiner Job Description : We are seeking highly skilled Full Stack Senior Developers and Leads with strong expertise in Java and React to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing scalable, high-performance applications with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate) and React.js. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components. - Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and scalability. - Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration. - Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. - Participate in architectural decisions, technology selection, and system design. - Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application functionality. - Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection. - Ensure proper documentation of technical solutions and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 6 years of hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices) and React.js. - Strong expertise in front-end development using React, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Proficiency in databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. - Good knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices. - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Cypress. - Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Context API. - Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices. Preferred Skills : - Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or Server-Sent Events (SSE). - Familiarity with containerization using Docker & Kubernetes. - Exposure to AI/ML-based applications or data-driven decision-making systems. - Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of performance tuning, monitoring, and logging tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
