AEM Architect

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and integration of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for enterprise-level digital experiences. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership in solution architecture, and the ability to drive large-scale projects in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions while ensuring architectural best practices and modern web frameworks are leveraged effectively. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution vision, high-level architecture, and technical roadmaps. - Lead the detailed design, implementation, and integration of AEM solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. - Architect and develop AEM platform templates, components, and services, integrating seamlessly with internal and external applications. - Define and implement best practices for AEM development, including security, scalability, and performance optimization. - Lead globally distributed teams of AEM developers, integration engineers, and QA professionals to successfully implement solutions. - Provide technical leadership and hands-on development to guide teams in building robust and maintainable AEM solutions. - Offer thought leadership on Adobe Experience Cloud and its optimal usage, ensuring best leverage of AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and related technologies. - Ensure adherence to modern web architecture principles and best practices in OSGi, Sling, JCR, CRX, and related technologies. - Oversee end-to-end implementations of AEM, ensuring modular, scalable, and secure solutions. - Take ownership of the overall quality, performance, and security of AEM implementations. - Identify potential risks and challenges, working with program leadership to escalate and resolve issues effectively. - Provide guidance on performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of AEM solutions. - Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and automation frameworks to enhance delivery efficiency. - Work closely with clients and consulting teams to define project scope, milestones, and success metrics. - Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex digital transformation initiatives. - Lead discovery and delivery sessions, collaborating with project managers and delivery teams - Drive technical strategy and innovation, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and emerging industry trends. Qualifications & Experience : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. - 13 years of experience in enterprise software development, with at least 9 years of hands-on AEM experience. - Strong expertise in AEM 6.3 (Sites, Assets, Forms) and associated technologies (Sling, OSGi, JCR, CRX, Felix, Jackrabbit). - Experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM, including designing modules, components, and integrations. - Deep understanding of modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and enterprise architecture best practices. - Strong working knowledge of Adobe CQ/Digital Marketing Suite and Adobe Experience Cloud. - Experience leading large-scale multi-solution consulting engagements with enterprise clients. - Strong background in CI/CD, build automation, and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Docker. - Expertise in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimizing AEM solutions. - Experience leading large teams, including mentoring and enabling engineers through thought leadership. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
