Solution Architect

Job Title : Solution Architect Experience : 8 Years Location : Bengaluru Work Mode : Work From Office (WFO) Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in Hybris, React, and Java to design and oversee scalable, technology-agnostic solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in Telco or Techno domains and a deep understanding of Digital Architecture frameworks, including Microservices, BFF frameworks, Authentication, CMS, and Cache Management. Key Responsibilities : - Architect and design scalable solutions using Hybris, React, and Java, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs. - Develop and implement Digital Architecture frameworks, including Microservices architecture, Backend-for-Frontend (BFF), Authentication mechanisms, CMS solutions, and Cache Management. - Conduct impact analysis, sizing, and define architecture using tools like Visio and Draw.io. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deploy solutions that align with enterprise architecture. - Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and provide architectural guidance. - Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. - Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment strategies. - Present architectural solutions and concepts to technical and business stakeholders effectively. Required Skills & Experience : - 8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture. - Strong background in Hybris, React, and Java. - Experience in Telco or Techno domains (preferred but not mandatory). - Hands-on knowledge of Digital Architecture frameworks including Microservices, BFF, Authentication, CMS, and Caching mechanisms. - Strong impact analysis and sizing skills. - Proficiency in Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools to outline solutions. - Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working in enterprise-level digital transformation projects. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) (ref:hirist.tech)
