Job Title : Java Fullstack Technical Manager Years of Exp : 8-12 Location : Pune Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Java Fullstack Technical Manager to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will oversee the technical aspects of full-stack Java development, managing a team of developers while leading the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless integration of frontend and backend technologies, and drive the delivery of robust software solutions. Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Lead a team of Java Fullstack developers in building high-quality software solutions. - Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. System Architecture & Design : - Take ownership of designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance system architectures. - Ensure that both the frontend and backend are integrated effectively to deliver seamless user experiences. Project Management : - Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and technical requirements. - Manage the project delivery cycle, ensuring the team meets deadlines and quality standards. Code Quality & Review : - Enforce coding standards and conduct code reviews to ensure the development of high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code. - Promote best practices in both Java backend and frontend technologies (React, Angular, etc.). Collaboration & Communication : - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, align on project goals, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements. - Communicate project status, risks, and updates effectively to senior management and other Improvement : - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and tools. - Drive continuous improvement in development processes and technical : - 8-12 years of experience in Java Fullstack development. - Strong experience with Java (Spring, Hibernate) on the backend and frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or similar. - Proven experience in system design, architecture, and managing technical teams. - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases. - Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
