Senior Software Engineer - React.js/Node.js

Job Description : We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in React, Redux, Node.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and a solid understanding of PHP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, implementing best practices in both frontend and backend development, and optimizing database performance. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust, high-performing, and maintainable solutions that enhance user experience and business efficiency. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop modern, high-performance React applications with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability, and responsiveness. - Implement efficient state management using Redux and handle side effects with Redux-Saga. - Build reusable TypeScript components, ensuring type safety and robust error handling. - Develop seamless and dynamic client-side routing using React Router. - Optimize front-end applications for speed, performance, and accessibility. - Develop and maintain Node.js services to power scalable, high-availability web applications. - Utilize PHP as needed for legacy system integration or backend functionalities. - Design and maintain efficient, scalable, and normalized relational database schemas in MySQL. - Write optimized SQL queries to improve application performance and reduce database load. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. - Absorb, understand, and communicate written and verbal information clearly and concisely. - Apply critical thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. - Have experience working with high-performance and throughput systems. - Define, track, and deliver tasks on schedule. - Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills. - Collaborate with the product design team, backend development team, and UI/UX design team. - Implement creative and innovative solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills : - 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development. - Strong proficiency in React, Redux, TypeScript, Node.js, and MySQL. - Knowledge of PHP required for legacy system integration and backend enhancements.
