Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities : - Manage a team of Application Support Analysts & Senior Analysts. - Ensure the Tickets are routed in an optimal way to the analysts and ensure tickets are getting resolved within defined SLAs. - Understand and document workflows for the issue response & resolution. - Create reports and different analytics around tickets and suggest automations to reduce the resolution time. - Interact and follow up with various product teams to make sure tickets are promptly addressed to. - Troubleshoot and help resolve any queries which application support team may have for all systems and platforms assigned to. - Specific project work as assigned. Roles & Responsibilities : - An associate or bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline is preferred. - 7-9 years of Application Support or similar experience and Atleast 2 years of Application Support Team Lead experience. - Experience with Salesforce preferred. - Strong computer skills, including familiarity with products such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel. - Extensive experience in navigating and utilizing various web applications and platforms such as helpdesk sites, e-commerce, etc. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to multi-task and organize activities to meet specific goals set by management.
