SAP AFS Analyst

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP AFS Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing and implementing SAP AFS solutions, and providing functional support to ensure the smooth operation of our SAP AFS systems. You will leverage your expertise in SAP AFS modules to optimize our supply chain and support our business operations. Your Job : - Gather and analyze business requirements to understand client needs. - Map business processes to SAP AFS functionalities and design effective solutions. - Develop functional specifications and solution designs for SAP AFS implementations. - Configure SAP AFS modules, including SD, MM, PP, and FI/CO, to meet business requirements. - Set up and manage AFS allocation runs, seasonality, and order distribution. - Ensure proper integration of SAP AFS with other SAP modules and external systems. - Provide functional support to end-users and resolve configuration issues. - Troubleshoot pricing discrepancies, system errors, and other technical issues. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Support data migration activities during SAP AFS implementations. - Manage EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integrations for order processing. - Facilitate connections with SAP FMS (Fashion Management Solution) and SAP S/4HANA Fashion (preferred). - Develop comprehensive user manuals and training materials. - Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system utilization. - Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and processes. Your Capabilities : - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP AFS implementations and support. - Strong expertise in SAP AFS SD, MM, PP, and FI/CO modules. - Experience in AFS allocation runs, order management, and prepack handling. - Knowledge of SAP FMS (Fashion Management Solution) and SAP S/4HANA Fashion (preferred). - Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integrations for order processing. - Understanding of fashion, footwear, or retail supply chain processes. - Hands-on experience in SAP AFS customizations, enhancements, and user training. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Experience in industries like Telecom, Pharma, FMCG, CG, Consumer electronics is a plus. - Tech/MBA or equivalent degree. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented and organized. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. - Customer-focused and results-oriented (ref:hirist.tech)
