Software Developer - Java/Spring Boot

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend technologies and be passionate about creating scalable, high-performance applications. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our : - Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend applications. - Design, build, and optimize APIs for high availability and performance. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. - Implement data storage solutions such as databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ensure they are optimized. - Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of the backend infrastructure. - Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs. - Create and manage microservices and backend services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and improve team knowledge. - Write unit tests and participate in test-driven development (TDD). - Stay up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and backend : - Strong proficiency in a backend programming language (e. g., Java). - Hands-on experience with server-side frameworks (e. g., Spring Boot for Java, Express.js for Node.js, etc. ). - Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. ). - Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs. - Understanding of authentication protocols and web security best practices (e. g., OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS). - Knowledge of version control systems (e. g., Git). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e. g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on writing efficient and reliable code. - Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to fast-paced projects. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in backend development or a similar role.
