Salesforce Developer - OmniStudio/Financial Services Cloud

Job Title : Salesforce Developer Financial Services Cloud & OmniStudio (Remote, US Shift) Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other relevant technologies. - Utilize OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) extensively to build user-friendly and efficient customer journeys. - Leverage your deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to build and configure solutions tailored to the financial services industry. - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems. - Perform thorough testing and ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards. - Work effectively in a remote environment and communicate proactively with the team. - Adhere to the shift timings of 2 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM IST to align with our US clients. Required Skills & Experience : - Experience : 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer. - Mandatory : Proven and strong prior experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). - Mandatory : Heavy and demonstrable experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures). - Mandatory : Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Auto-launched Flows, Record-triggered Flows, etc. - Mandatory : Solid understanding and practical experience with Apex development, including Triggers, Classes, and Batch Jobs. - Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative development tools. - Experience with data modeling, data migration, and data integration within Salesforce. - Familiarity with Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and governor limits. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) : - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Financial Services Cloud Consultant). - Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Experience with CI/CD tools and processes. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
